Sino-Europe private equity firm Cathay Capital Private Equity has completed an investment in Chinese SaaS (software as a service) recruitment platform Ifchange, according to a company announcement.
Deal terms were not disclosed.
The firm invested through the Cathay Innovation Fund, a venture investment vehicle focused on supporting digital entrepreneurs in China.
Previously, Cathay Capital has invested in Trifacta and Quantifind, two digital companies that focus on data analysis and data wrangling.
Founded in 2012, Ifchange aims to provide an efficient cloud tool for talent hunting services.
Currently, there are nearly 40,000 registered company users, including Chinese technology firms Tencent Holdings Ltd. and Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.
Founded in 2006, Cathay Capital manages US$1.5 billion in assets, having invested in 50 companies across three continents in Europe, China and North America.
