Beijing-based housekeeping services app maker Ayibang has received tens of millions U.S. dollar series B financing led by Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd., according to a post published on the company’s official Weibo account.
The company says it will use the proceeds to expand its services and improve user experience.
Launched in 2013, Ayibang provides standardized housekeeping services for Chinese middle-class families. Users can order its services including laundry and dry cleaning via its mobile apps, customer hotlines and web portals.
Founded in 1988, Vertex Venture is an investment unit of Temasek Holdings, focusing on early stage investment.
Shunwei Capital is founded by Lei Jun, founder of Chinese smart phone maker Xiaomi Inc.
