Haidilao International Holding Ltd., China’s biggest hot pot restaurant chain, aims to raise between US$700 million to US$1 billion, valuing the firm between US$9 billion to US$12 billion in its initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to Chinese local media citing insiders.
