Beijing-based Yunshan Networks, a software-defined networking (SDN) provider, announced that it has raised US$11 million in series B+ financing round from Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group, and China Growth Capital.
Existing investor Northern Lights Venture Capital and Redpoint Ventures also participated in this round.
Founded in 2011, Yunshan Networks offers SDN and cloud computing services with a focus on software-defined data center networking innovation.
The company has a comprehensive service, sales, and research and development system in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu and Silicon Valley.
Proceeds of this round will be used for products enhancement, brand IP output and intelligent network ecology building.
In 2016, the company had raised US$10 million in series B financing round from Matrix Partners China, Northern Lights Venture Capital and Redpoint Ventures.
It also raised US$5 million in series A fundraising round from Northern Lights Venture Capital and Redpoint Ventures in 2013.
