Shanghai-based Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution provider Jushuitan Network Technology today announced that it has raised RMB250 million (US$36 million) in a series B and B+ round of financing.
Vision Plus Capital, Blue Lake Capital and Jiahai Fund participated in this round.
Founded in 2014, Jushuitan develops a SaaS ERP system for e-commerce platforms, covering 12 functional modules including ordering, purchasing, after-sales, supply chain and third-party warehousing.
It has established 35 offline service branch organizations in more than 253 cities, and provided solutions to over 80,000 e-commerce companies across China, according to information on its official website.
The company now expands to a SaiS synergistic platform featuring businesses including an E-commerce business management analysis tool, an omni-channel SaaS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, and a service platform helping clearance sales for merchants.
The company previously raised a RMB50 million (US$7 million) series A round from Value Capital, Ameba Capital and Welight Capital in 2016.
It also raised a RMB15 million (US$2 million) Pre-A round from Ameba Capital and Welight Capital in 2015.
