Songshupinpin.com, a Beijing-based community group buying e-commerce platform, has raised a US$31 million series B1 financing round led by Hillhouse Capital Group and venture capital firm Magic Stone Alternative Investment (MSA), the company announced at its annual meeting on Sunday.
