China’s UBTECH Robotics Signed $362M AI Education Project In The UAE

Chinese AI and humanoid robotic company UBTECH Robotics has signed an artificial intelligence (AI) education project cooperation agreement with Royal Strategic Partners L.L.C (RSP), an affiliate of Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on November 11th.

This is the company’s another historical record of AI education projects in the international market.

ADCG is a well-known large-scale investment company in the UAE. It manages assets of over US$20 billion and has worked with China’sleading platforms such as Didi. With the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road” construction in recent years, China and the UAE continue to deepen cooperation. Aiming at this strategic opportunity, ADCG is also gradually establishing cooperative relations with Chinese internet and high-tech innovative enterprises.

Based on the technological advantages of UBTECH in the field of AI and the global operation experience of AI education solutions, the two parties jointly develop artificial intelligence talent cultivation plans which involves RMB2.5 billion (US$362.4 million). The project will build AI teaching laboratories for 1310 primary and secondary schools in 7 emirates of the UAE in four years.
