Yunfeng, Co-Win Leads $32M Series B In Huakang Mobile Health

Shenzhen-based Huakang Mobile Health has completed RMB200 million (US$32 million) series B round of financing from Yunfeng Capital, Shenzhen Co-Win Venture Capital Investments Limited, New Horizon Capital, and Henan Haijie Healthcare Investment, according to Chinese media reports.

The revelation of the new funding round follows the announcement last week that Huakang has established a strategic partnership with Ali Health, Alibaba Group Holding’s subsidiary focusing on healthcare services.

Under the agreement of the partnership, Ali Health will incorporate Huakang’s mobile services, including doctor appointment reservation, online medical consultation, payment, and digital health record, to its various platforms.

The two parties may expand their online services to help doctors better monitor patients via online post-appointment follow-ups and real-time communication.

Yunfeng Capital is co-founded by Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba.

Huakang is founded in 2012. Information about its previous funding rounds are unavailable.
