NEEQ-Listed Lvmama Operator Raises $150M From Private Share Placement

The parent company of Chinese travel service provider Lvmama has raised as much as RMB1 billion (US$150 million) via a private share placement to a number of Chinese investors, as the company continues to suffer from expanding losses.
