GGV Leads $11M Series B Round for Mobile Game Publisher Yodo1

Beijing-based mobile game publisher and platform provider Yodo1 says that the company has raised US$11 million in series B funding.

GGV Capital led the round. Existing investor Singtel Innov8 along with new investors Pavillion Capital and Iris Capital also participated.

Yodo1 received US$2 million seed funding from Chang You Fund in 2012 and US$5 million series A funding from Singtel Innov8 and Chang You Fund.

The company says it will use the proceeds to strengthen its core business and support expansion into Japanese and Korean phone markets.

Founded in 2011, Yodo1 helps mobile game developers gain traction and monetize throughout China and the world. It has also co-developed a number of mobile games.
