Asia Pacific Resources Leads $80M Series D In Lattice Power

Nanchang city, Jiangxi province-based LED lighting producer Lattice Power Corporation has received US$80 million in series D financing led by Asia Pacific Resources Development Investment, according to a company announcement.

Existing investors GSR Ventures, Mayfield Fund and Crescent HydePark participated in the round.

Lattice Power previously received US$10 million series A financing from GSR Ventures, Mayfield Fund, and AsiaVest Partners in 2006.

In 2007, it received US$40 million series B financing from AsiaVest Partners, Mayfield Fund, KPCB China Management and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund Temasek.

In 2010, GSR Ventures, the International Finance Corporation, HydePark and AJIA Partners participated in the company’s US$55 million series C financing.

The latest proceeds will be used to expand Lattice Power’s research and development, manufacturing capabilities, as well as improving sales growth, the company says.

Founded in 2006, LatticePower has developed disruptive silicon-based LED technology and owns over 200 patents globally.
