China’s CPI Increases 3% In Nov

In November, China’s consumer price index (CPI) increased 3.0% year-on-year. On a month-on-month basis, CPI was down 0.1%.

Food prices hiked 5.9%. Non-food prices were up 1.6%. Consumer product prices increased 2.9% and services prices rose 3.2%。

From January to November, average CPI was up 2.6% year-on-year, unchanged from October.

China’s producer price index (PPI) dropped 1.4% year-on-year. On a month-on-month basis, PPI remained steady.

From January to October, average PPI dropped 2.0% year-on-year.
