Beijing-based popular online fashion e-commerce company Vancl Holdings Ltd. has raised more than US$100 million in series G funding, according to a company announcement.
The latest round is led by Lei Jun, CEO of Chinese smart phone maker, Xiaomi. Lei Jun is an early investor of Vancl.
The company has received around US$422 million in previous six rounds of financing from IDG Capital Partners, Ceyuan Ventures, Qiming Venture Partners, SAIF Partners and New York-based investment firm Tiger Global Management.
Vancl is founded in 2007 by Chen Nian. He is a founding member of the Chinese online shopping site Joyo.com, which was acquired by Amazon for US$75 million in 2004.
