
Shanghai-based Mogoroom, an apartment rental O2O (online-to-offline) platform focused on young professionals, has completed US$30 million series B+ round of financing led by Korean venture firm KTB Network, says Chinese media reports.
Existing investors IDG Capital Partners, Ping An Ventures, and Haitong Kaiyuan Investment Co., Ltd. also participated in the round.
Launched in 2014, Mogoroom completed US$25 million series B financing led by Haitong Kaiyuan Investment Co., Ltd. ten months after its founding in December 2014.
IDG Capital and Ping An Ventures backed the company with tens of million RMB series A funding at the time of its launch.
Mogoroom currently operates in Shanghai and Beijing, providing standardized rental apartments to young professionals seeking more convenient living environment services.
